The 4th Transnational Partners Meeting, organized within the framework of the GREENLIGHT Erasmus+ Project, was held in Strumica, North Macedonia, from 11 to 13 May 2026, hosted by the project partner DSU RCSOO Nikola Karev Strumica.

Throughout the three-day meeting, the project partners thoroughly reviewed the activities related to the final phase of the GREENLIGHT Project and planned the remaining tasks. The meeting was successfully concluded with joint decisions aimed at strengthening the sustainability of the project outcomes, completing the dissemination activities, and finalizing the project's reporting process.

The Final Conference of the Erasmus+ KA220-SCH GREENLIGHT Project, hosted by Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, was successfully held on 20 April 2026 at the B Hall of the Atatürk Cultural Center (AKM) of Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University with the participation of a large audience.

Throughout the day, poster exhibitions and project exhibition areas enabled participants to explore the digital content, educational materials, and educational games developed within the project through hands-on demonstrations.

During the meeting, it was announced that the Green Energy STEM workshops and trainings under WP4 have been successfully completed by all partners and that the project has entered the final reporting phase. Within WP5, the schedule of online trainings was finalized, and plans for the Multiplier Events and the Final Conference to be held in Muğla on April 20 were shared. Updates were provided on dissemination activities, including MoU processes, science cafés, and academic publications. In addition, preparations and logistical planning for the 4th TPM meeting to be held in North Macedonia in May were discussed. The process regarding the final grant payments for partners who completed WP4 outputs was also reviewed.

Following the Teacher Training and Capacity Building Workshop organized במסגרת the GREENLIGHT Project, STEM activities for students were implemented by trained teachers under the coordination of Agrupamento de Escolas Alberto Sampaio (AESAS) during November–December 2025 and January 2026. Within this scope, STEM lesson plans consisting of 5 modules were applied, and a total of 146 students participated in these activities.

Through the activities carried out during the implementation process, students’ knowledge levels and learning processes regarding renewable energy were supported, and the obtained results were evaluated and analyzed in line with the project outputs.

During the meeting, the overall strategy and detailed activity timeline for the dissemination activities to be carried out within the scope of WP5 were discussed. The tasks and responsibilities of the partners were reviewed, and the events and content production processes to which each institution will contribute were clarified. In addition, the planning of MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) processes and round table activities, the identification of target stakeholders, and the integration of these activities into the overall timeline were discussed. At the end of the meeting, the actions to be completed before the next follow-up meeting were agreed upon by the partners.

Following the Teacher Training and Capacity Building Workshop organised within the scope of the GREENLIGHT Project, trained teachers implemented STEM lesson plans consisting of five modules with students at Menteşe Şehit Mehmet Çetin Anatolian Imam Hatip High School during November–December 2025. Through the workshop activities, students’ understanding of renewable energy and their learning processes were supported. The outcomes of the implementation were evaluated and analysed.

During the online coordination meeting, the target numbers of participants for teacher and student training activities and the requirements for related evidence documentation were reviewed. The overall progress of WP4 implementations was discussed, and the principles regarding the use of Google Drive for reporting and document management were clarified.

In addition, the general progress of dissemination activities, online trainings, multiplier events, and academic publication tasks planned and implemented under WP5 was reviewed, along with discussions on completing missing documentation and planning upcoming online meetings.
