WP1 – Project Management
Within WP1 – Project Management, there is no directly defined tangible deliverable. This work package mainly focuses on the overall coordination of the project, monitoring of activities, quality assurance, risk management, timeline control, and ensuring effective communication among partners.
The main objective of WP1 is to ensure that all project work packages progress smoothly in line with the planned schedule, quality standards, and objectives. Throughout the project, regular coordination meetings have been organized, progress evaluations have been carried out, and corrective actions have been implemented when necessary.

WP1 is a horizontal work package focusing mainly on management processes and contributes to the sustainable, transparent, and efficient implementation of the project.
