The event brought together 75 participants representing educational institutions, public authorities, local governments, research organisations, environmental organisations and other relevant stakeholders. It provided an important platform for exchanging knowledge and experiences while promoting innovative educational approaches that support renewable energy education, sustainability and environmental awareness.

Organised within the framework of Work Package 5 (WP5) – Boosting Visibility, Ensuring Impact, the Multiplier Event aimed to disseminate the main results of the GREENLIGHT project, present its innovative educational resources and strengthen the long-term sustainability and exploitation of the project's outcomes. The event also contributed to increasing awareness of the project among stakeholders working in education, sustainability, renewable energy and the green transition.

During the event, Alexandra Makrygeorgou, representing Liofyllo Social Cooperative Enterprise, presented the GREENLIGHT project and introduced its innovative digital learning tools and experiential learning approaches designed to improve renewable energy literacy among students and educators. The presentation also provided a comprehensive overview of the project's objectives, international partnership, implementation process and the educational outcomes achieved throughout the project.

Participants were introduced to the GREENLIGHT e-Learning Platform, the Teacher Handbook, the e-Book, STEM Lesson Plans, digital educational games and other open educational resources developed to support renewable energy education and sustainability. Particular emphasis was placed on the importance of digital learning methodologies, energy literacy, environmental awareness and sustainable development in modern education.

The Multiplier Event created an excellent opportunity for networking and knowledge exchange among representatives from education, research, public institutions and civil society organisations. Participants shared their experiences and provided valuable feedback on the usability, dissemination and long-term application of the GREENLIGHT educational resources while discussing practical approaches for integrating renewable energy education into formal and non-formal learning environments.

The GREENLIGHT Multiplier Event significantly increased the visibility of the project and strengthened cooperation among stakeholders interested in renewable energy education and sustainability. The positive feedback received from participants confirmed the relevance and long-term value of the GREENLIGHT educational resources and highlighted their potential to support energy literacy, environmental awareness and sustainable education beyond the lifetime of the project.
